Functional genomics experiments enable the demonstration of the phenotypic consequences of gene or drug perturbations, thereby enabling causal discovery with interventional data. We utilise a number of techniques that enable the fine tune control of gene expression, and leverage readouts that represent phenotype both with regards to high-dimensional omic data and translational markers.
